Red zone is for our pre-formal learners who benefit from being exposed to new educative experiences and having those new experiences introduced alongside some of the activities that they know well and feel comfortable with.
Regardless of our red pathway pupils’ ages, they are generally working towards mainstream nursery school activities and courses of study. The use of outdoor spaces, continuous provision and our sensory spaces is vital to this group as we lead their early exploration.
