We are back!
We have had a great first week back, the children have settled well into their new classes and have loved being back with their friends.
Here are some of the things the classes have been up to ...
"What a lovely first week back we’ve had in class 4. We’ve been to lots of the different areas around school, including the garden where we picked plums, which we made into a crumble. In our classroom some of us had fun decorating gingerbread men."
"We have had a great week exploring our classroom and getting to know each other, class 2."We have loved being back together in Class 10 again! Lots of familiar faces and a few brand new friends. This week we have been settling back into our classroom routines. We have really enjoyed our music lesson and our bus trip to Dalton-Le-Dale park. We asked Alfie how he was feeling being back and he had 1 word to sum it up ‘HAPPY!’

"Our children did a mind map of things they enjoyed from first week and how they felt. They then typed out some of their responses on Chrome books. Class 8 ...

On a morning we do daily mile its fun. (K)
I made the cakes with icing in cookery there were yucky because they taste like oil. I made a house out of magnets (T)
I enjoyed exploring the Discovery park. I found some interesting things. (F)
I like cooking because i liked it when i mix the ingredients together when we made cupcakes I also liked that card game because we did it in the discovery park. (J)
